FXB Denver Store – Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting the FXB Denver Store! All items are made to order specifically for our community. Please review our policy below before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Because all apparel is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Color preference
  • General wear and tear

Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Misprinted
  • Or you received the wrong item

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders go into production quickly, order changes or cancellations may not be possible once the order has been submitted.

If you need assistance, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Shipping

Shipping times may vary depending on product availability and printing timelines. FXB Denver is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

Limited Drops & Preorders

Certain items may be offered as limited-time preorder products. Estimated fulfillment timelines will be listed on the product page when applicable.
